Vehicle Damage: Brown’s Mobile Auto Care assumes no liability for any damage to the vehicle that is not directly caused by our service actions. Any claims for damages must be reported to the service technician immediately or to customer service within 24 hours of the service.
Service Liability: Brown’s Mobile Auto Care is not responsible for any pre-existing conditions of the vehicle that may affect the service outcome. Our responsibility is limited to providing the requested service with reasonable skill and care.
Indemnification: The customer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Brown’s Mobile Auto Care and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and service providers from any and all third-party claims, liability, damages, and/or costs (including, but not limited to, legal fees) arising from the customer’s use of the service, violation of these terms and conditions, or infringement by any other user of the customer’s account, of any intellectual property or other right of any person or entity.
